1. Agreement to the Terms
By purchasing and using our products, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Licensing
- 2.1 Licenses for our plugins and themes are valid indefinitely.
- 2.2 However, access to updates, downloads, and support is limited to one year from the date of purchase.
- 2.3 After this period, the license will automatically renew annually at the full price.
- 2.4 The license may be transferred to a client and used for their website.
- 2.5 However, it is strictly prohibited to share the license with multiple clients, resell it, or use it on multiple websites unless a corresponding multi-license has been purchased.
- 2.6 Support is provided exclusively to the original license holder or the client, provided a valid license key is available.
3. Ownership & Code Usage
- 3.1 OneTap is the property of OneTap (Starship Media GmbH).
- 3.2 You may modify the code of our plugins or themes if necessary for the client’s website or your own website.
- 3.3 However, it is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, reproduce, or sell the code—either in whole or in part.
- 3.4 Unauthorized distribution, such as uploading to external repositories or reselling the code in modified or unmodified form, is strictly forbidden and will be legally pursued.
- 3.5 Any violation of this provision will result in the immediate termination of the license and may lead to legal consequences.
4. Website & Plugin Content
- 4.1 All content on this website and within our plugins, including code, images, and documentation, is copyrighted and owned by OneTap (Starship Media GmbH).
- 4.2 Any form of redistribution, uploading to third-party platforms, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Price Changes
- 5.1 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue licenses at any time, with or without notice.
- 5.2 Any price changes for products will be announced on our website.
6. Software Updates
- 6.1 Updates are free for one year from the date of purchase.
- 6.2 With a valid license key, updates will be automatically delivered through the WordPress dashboard or can alternatively be downloaded manually from the customer account.
7. Support Services
- 7.1 Support is available for one year after the purchase date.
- 7.2 After this period, a new license must be purchased to continue receiving support.
- 7.3 Support does not cover general PHP or WordPress development questions.
- 7.4 Aggressive or inappropriate inquiries will not be processed.
- 7.5 A valid license key is required to receive support.
8. Warranty & Liability
- 8.1 Our plugins and themes are designed to work on a clean WordPress installation on a properly configured server.
- 8.2 We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party plugins, themes, or hosting providers.
- 8.3 We accept no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins.
- 8.4 Furthermore, we do not guarantee that our software is fully compliant with current or future accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1, WCAG 2.2), the European Accessibility Act (EAA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 (USA), or other regional accessibility laws.
- 8.5 The responsibility for ensuring compliance with these regulations lies entirely with the user.
9. Refunds
- 9.1 If issues arise with our plugins or themes, we offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- 9.2 Refunds are not available for:
- 9.2.1 License renewals or upgrades.
- 9.2.2 Purchases made after the 14-day refund period.
- 9.3 Before processing a refund, the customer must allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue via support.
