I don’t want a subscription – how do I cancel it?

No worries! If you purchased one of the following:

  • 1 Website Package
  • 3 Website Package

These come with a yearly subscription by default – but you can cancel it anytime.

How to cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to https://wponetap.com/account/ and log in.
  2. Click on Orders in the menu.
  3. Find your order and click the Edit button on the right.
  4. Select Cancel Subscription.

What happens after canceling?

  • You can keep using OneTap forever.
  • However, updates and support are included for 1 year.

What if I bought an Agency Package?

  • If you purchased the Agency Package (5, 25, or Unlimited websites), there is no subscription.
  • It’s a one-time payment with lifetime updates and support included.
