My Tax ID is not being accepted during checkout. What should I do?
Occasionally, the European VIES validation system may be down for maintenance or temporarily unavailable. If your Tax ID is not being accepted, you have two options:
Remove the Tax ID field and complete your purchase with the standard VAT rate. In most cases, you can still reclaim the VAT through your local tax office.
Wait and try again later, once the VIES system is back online.
