Upgrade Your OneTap License

You can easily upgrade your existing OneTap license (e.g., from a Single to an Agency license). Only the difference in price will be charged – you’ll never pay the full price again.

Follow these steps to upgrade your license:

1.) Go to Your OneTap Dashboard

Log in and open your OneTap Account Dashboard.

2.) Click on “View License”

Locate the license you want to upgrade and click View License.

The screen shows a user-friendly digital interface with a prominent electric plug symbol, representing connectivity or power. Next to the icon is the identifier “#Onetap_123456,” followed by the date, 01 January 2010, displayed in a clear font for easy reading. Below this information are two clearly labeled buttons: one for viewing additional details and another for accessing downloadable content. A large blue button marked “View Licenses” stands out against the background, inviting users to explore licensing information further. For enhanced accessibility, an integrated widget is visible on the page, offering customizable options such as adjusting text size, contrast levels, and navigation assistance—ensuring that people with diverse abilities can navigate and use all features effectively.

3.) Click on “View Upgrades”

Scroll down and click the View Upgrades button.

A license key icon appears next to the numbers “0/1,” indicating no active licenses out of one available. 4.) Choose Your Upgrade

5.) Proceed to Checkout

You’ll be redirected to the checkout page. Here, you’ll only pay the price difference between your current license and the new one. Once the payment is complete, your license will be upgraded automatically.
