Why can’t I activate my OneTap license on the live site after using it on a staging or test environment?

If the license was activated on a staging or test domain first, it is currently assigned to that domain. Since your plan allows one site, you’ll need to deactivate it there before activating it on your production website.

You can easily manage this in your OneTap account:

1. Go to https://wponetap.com/account/

2. Navigate to Licenses

3. Click View License

4. Select Manage Sites

5. Click Deactivate next to the staging/test domain

Once deactivated, the license will be free again and can be activated on your live site without any issues.
